Use Your Hearthstone to Get to All Your Faction's Cities

Free Teleports to Major Cities

Let%26#8217;s face it, if time is gold then travelling in World of Warcraft is one of the most expensive endeavors in the game. Having free, mage-like teleports to all of your faction%26#8217;s major cities could potentially cut your travel time significantly, especially if you are like me and tend to jump around Azeroth a lot.

In in the center of Shattrath City (Wowhead | WowWiki) at the Terrace of Light, there are free portals to every major city in WoW (only your own faction%26#8217;s portals are accessible to you). Have a level 70 mage teleport you there or have a level 70 warlock summon you, then make your way to the inn at either the Scryer%26#8217;s Tier or Aldor Rise and attune your hearthstone to it. The Aldor Rise is the closest to the Terrace of Light, located up the large elevator.

Voila - you now have a way to teleport to each of your faction%26#8217;s cities for free. That is, by hearthing to the inn and making the short run to your desired portal. You can also watch the level 70s shake their heads when they see a level 11 run past them in Shattrath, lol.

When you use this trick in conjunction with a guide like Derek%26#8217;s Warcraft Riches, you will find your gold earning shoot through the roof. Derek is so sure he can teach you how to earn up to 200 gold per hour he offers a money-back guarantee.

Shady Deals

Manipulating the Neutral Auction Houses on PVE realms

Booty Bay

It seems like most WoW players rarely use the faction-neutral Goblin auction houses, perhaps largely because the high fees associated with selling items and that most items are available in each faction%26#8217;s auction house. Why bother?

Many players on Regular and RP servers know what the purpose of the Goblin auction houses are, however - transferring gold and items to your cross-faction characters. Because you are allowed to have both Horde and Alliance characters on non-PVP realms, it%26#8217;s an easy way to deck out your new toon when if you decide to roll an alt that doesn%26#8217;t share your main%26#8217;s faction.

Mote of Water and Fire Can Be Yours!

Mote of Water, Fire Farming on Easy-Mode

Mobs with drop rates around 30%-60% for Motes of Water and Motes of Fire? It%26#8217;s true.

You can find the Motes of Water dropped by Skettis Surgers in Skettis in Terrokar forest (68,77). These guys go down quick and have an insanely good drop rate for motes of water.

You can find the Motes of Fire dropped most consistently by Raging Fire-Souls in Nagrand (67,21). These dudes are not necessarily the easiest to take down, but if you are skilled and bring along some fire protection, you shouldn%26#8217;t have a problem. The drop rates on these may have been nerfed recently, but hold out for more than 15-20 mobs before you decide to quit.

A downside of this elemental mote free-for-all for many players, however, is that flying mount is required to reach the area.

If you%26#8217;re interested in expanding on this, I recommend Derek%26#8217;s Warcraft Riches Guide. With a one-time fee you get access to continually-updated guides on farming gold, working the auction house and some of the most complete profession strategies I%26#8217;ve ever seen.

Burning Crusade Vanity Pets Are Cute and Worth Gold

Burning Crusade Vanity Pets

This is one way to make WoW gold I%26#8217;m kicking myself for not thinking of sooner. In fact, I%26#8217;d thought of it then forgot about and then was reminded by someone else about it later (did you follow that?).

With the release of the two new races in Burning Crusade also comes the release of a new vendor-sold pet - the Blood Elf Dragonhawk Hatchling. This vanity pet goes for a base price of 50 silver from Jilanne (43,70) in Fairbreeze Village in Eversong Woods.

Horde owners of the Burning Crusade expansion can make a ton of gold selling these to other Horde players without the expansion. The real gold, however, comes from selling to Alliance players (who have no way to get this pet otherwise) via the goblin auction houses.

Also, with Burning Crusade comes a new friend %26#8230; Dealer Rashaad . This guy sells all kinds of pets which were previously unavailable cross-faction or only available as a drop (like my good friend the siamese cat). Because these pets are priced fairly high I haven%26#8217;t bothered to try to relist these yet; if you have please post your experiences in the comments.

Note: Because the competition to sell these pets is already likely fierce on your server, you may try to sell some of the other has-been pets at lower costs for the buyer who can%26#8217;t afford a Hatchling but get all fired up about having a cross-faction pet. A few of the other vendor-sold pets include Snakes and Cockroaches (Horde), Cats and Owls (Alliance) and parrots (Booty Bay).

I recommend reading Valkor%26#8217;s Gold-Making Guide to learn more about utilizing advanced auction house tactics to pwn your competition. It%26#8217;s got 108-pages of continually-updated tips, 100% legal strategies and reference lists that will take you to the next level.

Global WoW Gold Shortage

There seems to be a shortage in the supply of World of Warcraft gold across several WoW Gold websites. I know people frown a lot about buying World of Warcraft Gold but for the sake of those who will buy I have tested it out my self and spent a couple of bucks for a measly 20g.

My order has not yet arrived and I paid for that last Tuesday as I was going to be doing a review so that I at least can tell you if the services work or not and what I have to say about them.

So I came up with a list of sites that sell World of Warcraft gold and used the live chat feature on all of them. Apparently it turns out that almost all of them are in a shortage. Blizzard has been cracking down on accounts that are using exploits and hacks to “pharm” World of Warcraft Gold. Hence, the supply of these services are shortened and are not able to keep up with the demand.

But that is not to say that those sites are using exploits and hacks to farm Gold. That we will not know for sure. There is no proof that they do. But what I do know is that they buy gold from somewhere and sell it for a tidy profit.

Eventually I hope that I receive my gold within the next few days so I can finally finish my article on how to purchase gold (if ever you’re short 20g for your mount, etc.)

Hey I came across this trailer from youtube. It’s one of the best World of Warcraft movies I have ever seen:

World of warcraft tips

Here are a list of 12 World of warcraft tips to help you save a bit of time and frustration. They should help both new and experienced players. The tips are compliments of World of Warcraft Gold Free Guide web site.

World of warcraft Tip #1 - Get cosmos UI from cosmosui.org. Its free and legal.

World of warcraft Tips #2 - Autoloot everything. Shift + Right Click on a kill. Saves time

World of warcraft Tip #3 - Get as many quests as possible, simultaneously. Do not do quests one at a time. When entering a new map region, go to the main town first, then speak to all the NPC's, get all the quest, and then proceed to explore. Remember that some quests can be a waste of time, requiring you spend an hour running to and from different people. Don't be afraid to abandon quests in favor of other ones. Don’t waste time on crappy quests.

World of warcraft Tip #4 - Use groups to your advantage. Grouping will immensely speed up your power game, but do it only when necessary. About 25% of the quests are group quests, and you will waste time trying to solo them; unless you wait until you are a few levels higher and the quest becomes green (good tip for solo'ers). The rest of the quests, you can solo. There are some conditions here, however: Beware of inefficient groups - A group that doodles around or keeps dying trying to complete a quest will slow you down. You are better off soloing in this case. If you are a Shaman, or a Paladin or have a quick way to heal yourself and mele both, then you may be better
off soloing more often than not. Warriors and types that mele well but can't heal, and priests and mages who have little armor function are better in groups. Groups can work well; but they must be efficient groups.

World of warcraft Tip #5 - Leveling grinder; killing stuff a few levels below you (con green) is a great way to quickly rack up EXP and grind out a level. Yes, its boring, but it pays. You don't take much damage, you kill them fast, you have quick recovery (low down time). Fast, numerous smaller EXP gains add up over time much quicker than higher, but slower EXP gains with more down time. If you are struggling with a quest, you may want to consider 'level grinding' yourself by spending time killing lesser creatures and then tackle the quest.

World of warcraft Tip #6 - Doing quests 3 or more levels higher than you, or an elite quest solo may only take excess time, unless you are in a group, don’t attempt them. If you spend 5 hours trying to do a level 15 quest and you are at level 13, you may get it done. But in those same 5 hours, you could have made level 15 simply by killing stuff 2-3 levels beneath you. And then doing the quest in 1 hour. So in 6 hours, you get the quest done, and are at level 15, as opposed to finishing the quest in 5 hours and still being at level 13. It’s so tempting to go for that mob boss who's three levels above you and finish your quest solo. You could literally waste 10 hours, or even days trying. BUT, if you get in a group, then you can do it in a cinch. OR you can 'level grind' yourself. This is the heart of powering through this game to the upper levels.

World of warcraft Tip #7 - Avoid this big mistake; players are too quick to use DPS (damage per second) on their weapons as the primary factor. This is just not true. Abilities such as % to crit and damage bonuses are calculated based upon the damage of the weapon or its speed. DPS is just an average and is never used in computing an ability.

Example:
Weapon A: a slow, heavy weapon deals 110-130 damage, yet is only 80 DPS
Weapon B: a faster weapon deals 75-85 damage, and is 85 DPS.
most players will equip weapon B automatically. Well if you are a warrior and you like to use your mortal strike ability....this would be a terrible idea! Why? Because Mortal Strike on weapon A would deal 220-260 damage and on weapon B would deal 150-170 damage. Quite the difference.

Here is another example:
Weapon A: super fast, super light. 10 DPS, speed of 1.5
Weapon B: not as fast, but harder hitting: 12 DPS, speed of 3
Now, lets say you are a Rogue, and you have all your abilities in %critical chance. You have a 12% chance to crit with every swing. With Weapon A, you will have twice as many crits as you will with weapon B. You see why its not always automatic to equip the higher DPS weapon.

World of warcraft Tip #8 - In Macro's and speech, remember that %t will cite your current target. Shift + Clicking on something will add it to your speech or your macro. Both %t and shift+click come in very handy.

World of warcraft Tip #9 - At about level 12-15 or so, you can travel to another race's starting region and still be low enough in levels to get the quests in that area. They will be a cinch to solve and you will still get some exp for the kills.

World of warcraft Tip #10 - Many of the really great weapons drop off bosses inside of instances. Roll on everything.  Always be thinking acquire, acquire, acquire.

World of warcraft Tip #11 - One-handed + wand bug; while in combat, if you have a wand equipped in your off-hand and are engaged in mele combat, you can double your damage by hitting with your wand and your mace simultaneously. Normally, when you use a wand, it resets the timer on your one-handed swing. But not if you time it right. Wait until your character is just about to swing with his melee weapon (you see his arm fly back). At this very moment, use your wand, and you will get a double punch. A great trick that turns a caster into a tank. For this reason alone, I would never go for a 2-H weapon as a caster.

World of warcraft Tip #12 - Honor Kills; do not join raid groups for honor points. You will get virtually nothing. Solo or a normal party is your best bet for getting maximum contribution points. Being in a RAID will cut your contribution points down to the absolute minimum per kill.
