With all of the hoopla over celebrity arrests these past few months, it’s nice to see some celebs taking it easy after run-ins with the law. Maybe Lindsay Lohan, fresh out of jail and rehab, missed the memo, but I was talking about totes last week, right before she got released back onto Rodeo Drive. It’s cool though, because a whole bunch of celebrities were seen out recently with gigantic western-style handbags, so I have plenty to discuss!
vuitton louisLet’s start with Lindsay – seen just days after her release from rehab carrying a gorgeous studded handbag…wait a minute! Studs! I thought we were done with that Lindsay! It doesn’t even matter what kind of bag it is, even though it looks mysteriously like something that Lady Gaga was carrying around a few weeks ago. The real trouble in this picture are the sale tags on the bottom of Lindsay’s shoes. First, studs and now this! Faux pas galore!
Now for one of Hollywood’s goody two-shoes: Reese Witherspoon! Carrying a large Marni Balloon Bag, Reese was seen out shopping, looking rather angry at the paparazzi. Nonetheless, she looks great with the Marni, which is a little bit last season, but pulls it off flawlessly. What does she have in that massive bag? I always want to know!
luis vuitton handbagsFinally, we’ll take a look at Twilight starlet Nikki Reed and her humongous handbag from Rebecca Minkoff. It’s called the Morning After bag, which must be indicative of the pajamas that are being carried inside. I can only assume. However, the bag is phenomenal…with a gorgeous purple exterior, long straps and more than enough room for a few different outfits. Huge bags are here to stay people! So let’s start guessing what they’ve got inside!
