Sorry for this short update; it will get more detailed information later (screenshots, drops info and such); kinda going to bed right now (going back to work after having a 1month vacations in 7 hours). Today @ 12:25:27 am I hit exalted with Shattered Sun Offensive faction, recently introduced the past Tuesday with Patch 2.4.

So basically last sunday I made non-stop runs, started in the morning with 6k/21k and pushed all the way up to exalted. Also I made heroics every day (my best setup was three mages, 1 priest and a druid), and most of them were so smooth; a normal run could take (if you did it cleanly, full clear) around 40 minutes, an heroic probably less.
During all those runs I managed to get...

At the end it was pretty good. Sadly I never saw dropping any [Swift White Hawkstrider], but I heard that someone in my server already has it (no clue who it is, tho).
I also originally had planned to post a bunch of screenshots, but probably by now everyone has already visited those places, still, I'll post some random ones.
As for Sunwell Plateau, last week we only had two days to do attempts, we missed one raiding day due to some issues, and the last two days we did our usual Hyjal / Black Temple clears. Even tho some people might think it was a waste (OH LEZ DO SUNWELL 5 DAYS), somehow I believe it payed off... seeing that this dropped for us...

Can't say much of Sunwell. We should have had a couple bosses down last week, but, meh, I guess things don't work out as they should. Our best attempt so far has been 5% on both sides (I believe). Also last week we had a couple of technical issues that didn't help at all.
Hmm... and for some reason I think I'm leaving something out... /shrugs
Edit: Oh, I remember something important: the instance was bugged so bosses and some mobs weren't giving reputation @ Revered... so it took way longer versus now that they fixed it (yesterday in Patch 2.4.1).
