Get to Elemental Plateau with no flying mount

UPDATE: Blizzard nerfed wall jumping in general with patch 2.4 much to the woe of many players. While I have been told that wall jumping is still possible, it is so difficult that you will probably want to skip this one. If you do decide to try this post-2.4, leave a comment and let us know how it went!
So everybody knows Elemental Plateau is only accessible with a flying mount. Which leaves out the all the level 68+ players who could possibly handle these mobs, not to mention the newly-minted level 70s who do not yet have their flyers. There is, however, a %26#8220;backdoor%26#8221; so to speak.
