So I found a great place in Northerend to gain LP skills. You can also get quite a few Runic Healing Pots and occasion greens and stuff, so far I've gotten 2-5 boxes per round and once your done you kill them off and about 1 min. later they're all back!!

Oracle rep (not frenzyheart faction, its easy to switch just by doing 1 daily[Artruis the Heartless] Kill him and at about 30% he unleashes 2 mobs, one Frenzyheart and one Oracle, kill off Frenzyheart and oracle will stay friendly, than kill off boss and speak to oracle mob.)
[OPTIONAL] A AoE class friend to speed things up quickly =)
FIRST! make this macro
/console targetNearestDistance 5.000000
/cleartarget
/targetenemy
/script SetAutoLootDefault(1)
/cast pick pocket
/in 1 /script SetAutoLootDefault(0)
/console targetNearestDistance 41.000000
Delete the line: /script SetAutoLootDefault(1) if you already have auto loot on.
NOTE: This isn't my macro it's from another thread and it just makes this easier, you don't need it, it just allows you to spam pick pocket without manually doing it and also speeds up process =)
Now bind that to a hotkey (ex: 1) now head to the location (21,78) and as you will see that there are about 30 Frenzyheart mobs and they're almost all melee, basically you just walk around the outskirts of their circle spamming macro and take all their items!! you can get a lot of boxes and healing pots + more (greens, vendor trash, poisons) once you pick pocket them all rampage them all and you can heal up as you wait for respawns and unlock your boxes =)
It helps if you do this on a day when the Oracles have the daily: Power of the Great Ones, you can charge the crystal and every time you deal damage it heals you for A TON, so it makes it 10x easier to kill them off and I like to save my fan of knives ability for when I need health ASAP, think of it as a healing potion =P This should get you some easy skill ups, if not it's definitely fun to be honest =) especially with the one quest that has an item that heals you.
