This guide is going to be in the ranges of 71-74, since they can be grinded at these levels. But you ask, "Alucard, what could we grind from 71-74 efficiently?" Well, it connects to the Scarlet Crusade(though they have failed). We will be grinding the following:
MOB:
- Onslaught Deckhand - NPC - World of Warcraft
They are level 72 and drop pretty quick. They have a little hp, but a good amount of exp. Which is what we want right? We want exp to rain on us. Since you need almost 2 million of it. These guys drop Frostweave cloth at more than 25% each kill and drop like flies. They also spawn very fast, so you could just farm them. Here is where they are located:

PROCEDURE:
In that general area is where they are. They are on a boat and spawn like mad. On my paladin I would just consecrate, Divine Plea, and put on my wisdom seal for a second to regain mana and just rinse and repeat. This works easier on retribution spec. You usually gotta divine shield if you cant keep yourself up.
SPECIAL DROP:
They also drop a Cupcake Recipe which can be sold for a lot, as its a novelty item to most, and is worth having for a few laughs and chunk of their gold gone.
EXP/HR:
I never found out the exp/hr ratio it had, but I am sure it could connect well. Give it a shot, works for a lot of people that can AoE.
