Quest Objectives:
Bring 4 Bracers of Earth Binding to Keeper Bel'varil in Tarren Mill.
Quest Description:
The Magus will be busy studying those stone tokens you gathered, but I know he'll eventually want examples of their counterpart: bracers of binding. These are set around the wrists of actual elementals, and bind them into the mage's service.
Hunt elementals in the ruins of Dalaran and gather their Bracers of Earth Binding, and the Magus will be pleased.

WOW Quest guide: Follow the path from the quest giver East until you reach a junction (55 19) take the south turning until you reach another junction (57 36) take the east turning here until you reach the second turn off (32 50)
To get to the wizards, you need to go north from where you are standing. It isn't a good idea to go down the path though, since it would take you a while to kill all the various hillsbrad to get far enough north. The best idea is to go around the farm, meeting back up north of it at 32 25
Then keep going north until you reach the Darlen camp.
Keep killing the earth elemental (lvl 32-34) until you get 4 of the bracers. Pulling them out one by one.
Then just go back to the Quest giver Keeper Bel'varil (61 20)
